The New Mexico EMS Bureau has approved the following CPR Training Providers and courses to meet New Mexico EMS Licensure Requirements:
American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons (AAOS) “Professional Rescuer CPR”
American College of Emergency Physician (ACEP) “Professional Rescuer CPR”
American Heart Association (AHA) "BLS Healthcare Provider"
American Red Cross + "CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer"
American Safety & Health Institute (ASHI) “CPR Pro for Healthcare Providers and First Responders”
American Safety & Health Institute (ASHI) “CPR for the Professional Rescuer”
Emergency Care and Safety Institute “Professional Rescuer CPR”
EMS Safety Services “CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer”
National Safety Council (NSC) “Basic Life Support for Health Care & Professional Rescuers” (4.5 hours)
Medic First Aid “Basic Life Support for Professionals” (BLSPRO)
Military Training Network (MTN) “BLS Healthcare Provider”
Pro Trainings, LLC “ProCPR” (documentation of approved skills evaluation required) Blended Course

NOTE- Instructor level certification in the above-approved training programs will be accepted as a valid CPR Card. *Instructors of CPR courses may receive four (4) hours of additional CE credit toward relicensure for teaching one (1) CPR course a year; or a total of eight (8) hours of CE Credit per renewal period.
