Go to General Background Information and then click on the Privacy Rule Summary. Regarding Law Enforcement Purposes go to page 7. Remember to get all your dispatcher trained in NIMS IS 700! The class is online can take up to 3 hours to do, so be prepared. This is a real easy class on line. I suggest you print out the test, and then when you are ready to take the test online you will already have the answers to put in to the bubble sheet. Located at www.fema.gov.
