Where to stay—The Hotel Albuquerque at Old Town
This year’s
conference returns to the Hotel Albuquerque at Old Town located at 800
Rio Grande Boulevard, and it is now accepting room reservations.
Rooms sold out last year, so make your reservations now by calling toll
free 866-505-STAY or Direct 505-843-6300. Be sure to say you are
attending the “EMS Conference” or “Emergency Medical
Services Conference”
to get our special conference rates. Rates are: $75.00
Single/Double, $90.00 Triple, and $105.00 Quad. Cut off date for
special rates is June 29.
You must provide a credit card in order to make reservations.
Register Early
We strongly
encourage early registration. Not only does this ensure you a
space in workshops with limited space, but it allows you to take
advantage of our Early Bird discount. Registrations received prior
to July 16 receive big savings. Do not mail registrations after
July 18 as they may not be received in time for processing.
Advance registrations will be accepted via fax or online until Thursday,
July 24; you will need to register at the conference after this date.
Another way of
saving is by taking advantage of the offered squad rate. A great
value for your money! Register 7 or more members of your
department and pay only $130 per person. This offer is only through July
14 and only for the full 3-day (July 31 - August 2) Core Conference
Registration. Please submit a separate form for each registrant
and submit them all at the same time.
EMT Association
members also receive an immediate savings when registering early and
include a copy of your membership card with your form. This offer
is only through July 16.
One-Day Registration
If your schedule
does not allow for attendance for the complete 3-day core conference, a
Thursday or Friday one-day registration of $90 per day or a $50 Saturday
registration are offered.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellation
requests must be in writing and mailed to: EMS Conference Fund; 1301
Siler Road, Building F,
Santa Fe, NM
87507 or faxed to: 505-476-8201. Cancellations received
prior to July 14 will receive a refund minus a $50 handling fee.
Cancellations received after July 13 will result in forfeiture of
the entire registration fee. Insufficient checks will be charged a
$50 fee.
Early Conference Packet Pick-up and On-site Registration
To avoid the long early morning lines, join us on Wednesday, July 30
from 5:00 pm through 7:00 pm to pick up your registration packets.
If you haven’t registered already, complete the on-site registration.
At this time, there will also be time to visit with vendors and enjoy
some snacks.
Vendors and Exhibits
The Vendor Show will be from 8:00 am Thursday through 5:00 pm Friday.
Visit with the vendors to obtain information on the latest technology
and see the hottest equipment. As in previous years, companies
selling emergency medical equipment, supplies and much more will be on
hand. To offer you more time with the vendors we will providing a
box lunch to each registrant on Thursday in the vendor area.
Wellness exhibitors will be available Thursday and Friday in the vendor
area. Plenty of experts will be on hand to answer questions and
provide you with educational materials.
United Blood Services will once again provide conference attendees an
opportunity to give blood. The buses will be available from 9:00 am
through 2:00 pm on Thursday and Friday. We would like to encourage
those who know they will be attending the EMS Conference to please
consider donating blood. Donating blood will get you 1.0 Trauma
C.E. and a great feeling of helping others. Be A Hero!
Honoring Our Own
Join us in celebrating the spirit of outstanding EMS professionals by
attending the annual EMS Awards Luncheon on Friday.
Time Out—Are you ready to have a good time?
There is much fun to be had joining other conference attendees at our
special events.
Take time for some fun at EMS Night at Cliffs Amusement Park on
Thursday. The park will be closed to the public and reserved for EMS
Conference Attendees and your family. You will get up to 2 free
tickets with your core conference registration. If you will need
more than 2 tickets, additional tickets are available for purchase.
Are you ready to have a good time? This year the dance is all you.
Join us Friday night as DJ Tony from Boop spins the tunes for you or if
you want to share your talent, Karaoke will be available. You
choose the music to dance to, to sing or just kick back and listen.

supervision. Please plan accordingly.
